Norma has been in post since 1987 and has a broad range of experience in the work of the YMCA-YWCA and strong links with local groups in our community.

An avid Dundee United FC supporter, she’s green fingered too and is an allotment holder.

Gemma co-ordinates the work of the youth café supported by part-time youth workers from Fife Council. She’s just about to complete her work-based degree in Community Learning and Development at the University of Dundee. Gemma enjoys the outdoors and enjoys out walking with her family and their dog.

Alyssa joined our team in October 2021.

Originally from Adelaide in Australia, Alyssa enjoys trying to grow vegetables and is planning to explore Europe in the future.

Melissa is Cupar born and bred and has a broad range of community learning experience, with a real passion for climate action and all things to do with sustaining our planet.

Jenna became a team member in autumn ’21, working on a Monday and Tuesday evening.

Jenna is keen to develop her skills with us and is undertaking youth work training workshops.

Marta, who joined the team in September ’20, is originally from Poland.

She enjoys pop rock music and loves going for a visit to the Botanic Gardens in St Andrews.

Irene has supported the work of the Y for many years, beginning as a youth worker.
Likes a new challenge.
She enjoys being a gran and bargain shopping in local shops! She is a keen supporter of Cupar Hearts and ‘Muchty Bellevue football teams!

Gilbert works on a Wednesday/Thursday as our Caretaker/Handyman.
He enjoys gardening and the great outdoors.
He likes to explore the world with international travel and walking holidays.
