Hiring Our Facilities

We offer community groups and organisations the opportunity to access our facilities for meetings, classes, workshops, etc. These rooms are bookable at very competitive rates.

Can seat up to 6 people.
Meeting Room£12.00On our top floor, board room style set up for meetings/training up to 10 people.Available for additional £5 for entire session.
Activities Room£12.00On our top floor, can be used for small workshops/training sessions or set for meetings up to 15 people.Available for additional £5 for entire session.
Small Meeting Room£11.00On our top floor, this room is used for 1:1 counselling sessions.Available for additional £5 for entire session.
Hall£18.00A large open hall space very much like a school gym hall. Popular for activities such as karate and yoga, it can also be set up for larger meetings.Available for additional £5 for entire session.£19.00 per hour + £12.21 caretaking charge. Total £31.21 per hour (subject to staff availability).

** NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION FEE ** We understand life can get busy and sometimes things happen that prevent clients from
attending their bookings. Effective from 1st October 2024, any "no shows" or late cancellations of bookings (with less than 24 hours notice)
will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total time that was originally booked. Thank you for your understanding.
